The Bulk Editing tab within Call Cycle Maintenance provides a fast way to build and manage your call cycle rules, without the complexities of exporting and importing call cycle data via Excel.

Duplicate Rows

Hover the mouse cursor over any existing call cycle rule to display a quick icon for duplicating the current row.

Click the duplicate icon to duplicate the selected row and create an identical draft row below it. Edit the draft row then select the Save All button to make the rule live.

Tip : duplicate multiple rows, edit the changes and save all in one go for really fast administration.

Fast Delete of Rows

Hover the mouse cursor over any existing call cycle rule to display a quick icon for deleting the current row.

Click the delete icon on one or multiple rows to mark them for deletion, then select Save All to remove the rows.

If you mark the wrong row for deletion you can undo the delete for that row using the undo icon

Fast Editing Call Cycle Rows

Hovering your mouse cursor over any existing call cycle rule highlights the fields that can be immediately edited and updated 'on the fly'

To make changes, select the field, make the change and then repeat the process for any other changes you want to make. When editing a field a quick pop-up is displayed enabling fast changes to the relevant information.

Once changes are complete, confirm the changes either by clicking on the blue tick boxes as you go, or select Save All to lock in all changes. If you select Cancel, any changes marked with blue ticks will not be saved.
