Creating a public link to a report or dashboard allows users outside your organisation to access Opmetrix CRM information.
Any Saved Report or Saved Dashboard in Opmetrix includes the ability to share it as a public link.
Creating a public link
Navigate to the saved report or dashboard to be shared. Select the Share icon and then Link.
Create a New Link and Opmetrix will generate a unique URL code. Select the Copy icon to paste links into emails or text messages to be sent on.
Recipient will be able to view the report straight away in any web browser with your company logo displayed in the top right. Saved reports and dashboards auto refresh keeping information up-to date.
Name Links and Create Multiple links to the same saved dashboard or report
Rename a link to give it a friendly name and create multiple links to the same report to share with different people.
In the example below we have a link for the warehouse team and a link for one person (Bill Gates). By doing this, it allows Bill's link to be revoked (by selecting the trash can) and the warehouse team will still have access to their original link.
