Dashboards in Opmetrix enable teams to create and view 'at a glance' key metrics on their performance, and how their clients are performing.

Opmetrix dashboards are super flexible. They give the ability to add tiles and graphs that match your business KPI's, select which dashboards appear for the field team in the mobile app, and which dashboards are for sales managers and senior leaders.

Opmetrix CRM offers three* categories for dashboard tiles and graphs

  • Sales tiles - focus on orders, invoices and credits, and report on dollar sales, volumes sold, and margins.

  • Merchandising tiles - focus on retail execution, displaying distribution, facings, share of shelf, and promotions.
    โ€‹

  • Team performance tiles - focus on CRM activity including hours worked, time spent in store, budgets, and Call Cycle completion.

*future releases will add more options including survey tiles and objective tiles

Unlimited Dashboard Pages

Build one dashboard page combing all types of data, or have multiple dashboard pages each focusing on a separate category. A dashboard can be set to appear in the mobile app, or just for head office users visible in Opmetrix HQ.

Considerations for Dashboard Design

There are five key factors to a good dashboard design;

  1. Who needs to see the information?

  2. What purpose does it serve?

  3. How often will it be looked at?

  4. How much data should you include?

  5. What time period and what chart is most effective?
