There are two main ways to access field staff sales information - Transactions by Device and Transactions by Hour.

Transactions by Device

The Transactions by Device report is accessed under Transactions/Analysis in the Commerce module.

Like all reports, you can order the output columns in alphanumeric order. Click on a column heading to sort up or down - when doing so, a small up or down arrowhead will display alongside the column heading.

Note also that, if a fixed date range has been last set in the filters, the report will retain that last date range specified. (That's where using one of the generic date ranges, like This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month and so on, can be helpful in avoiding date confusion. In other words, it can be worthwhile double checking your date settings if the data shown on your screen is confusing.)

Use Filters to change the output parameters. Note that this report defaults to Outlet Type = All Outlets and Transaction Date = Delivery Date.

There is an extensive range of filters available, as shown in the pop-up screen below,

One filter to take particular note of is the Transaction Type filter. Use this to tailor which kinds of transactions you wish to include in your sales report. Note on some screens the 4th transaction type option 'Quote' may not display until you select a transaction type and/or hover over one and then scroll down.

Having now produced your report to screen, you can save it as a favourite (using the heart icon above) or share it to email, print or export as with any report.

You can also drill down to individual transactions by selecting a number in the Transactions column; click on the number next to any person's name for that individual's results or click on the Total amount to view all transactions. A screen as shown above will show.

You can export any or all of the transactions. Click the checkbox top left of the pop-up screen to select all or check/uncheck any particular transactions that aren't required. The example below shows one transaction de-selected.

Click on the Transaction ID to see the paperwork for any transactions, as per the following example.

Scroll to the right to view the dollar numbers, as shown below.

You can also click on an Outlet Name or ID to view details on that Outlet.

Transactions by Hour

The Transactions by Hour report is accessed under Transactions/Analysis in the Commerce module.

You may need to scroll right to see all the time columns.

Note that there's no drill down capability in this report but you can save it as a favourite (using the heart icon above) or share it to email, print or export as with any report.
