One-off tasks can now be created in the following modules:
Surveys
Objectives
Merchandising
Call Cycles
The one-off tasks can be created by selecting the tick box in HQ against that task.
One-off tasks will disappear from the task list and show in the side menu of that module in the App once complete once.
One-off Call Cycles are set in the Frequency area and are based off the Start Date.
Alternatively you can utilise the Excel import to bulk import one-off calls into Opmetrix. Add one-off into the Recurrence column for this.
One-off tasks will appear with blue icons in the App, whilst recurring tasks will appear with green icons.
