Call coverage reporting helps to identify all customers who are being actively serviced by your field team. Generally, customers are allocated to a particular field user and this report displays the percentage (%) of the customer's stores which have had store visits during the given period that you specify.


  • Activity / Call Coverage by Device

  • Activity / Call Coverage by Supervisor

By Device, the report lists the field users and displays the outlets visited and not visited along with an outlet coverage (the % of outlets visited of all the field user's customers).

Call Coverage by supervisor displays the same information summarised into Supervisor groups. Devices can be allocated to a supervisor in device maintenance.

Reports can be filtered by Visit Type.
