Introducing the new Outlet Custom Fields in Opmetrix Release 8.10.

We have now extended the Product Extra Fields functionality to Customers in Opmetrix. You can now map or create additional customer related fields to show in the App!

To add additional customer related fields in Opmetrix, navigate and login to Opmetrix HQ.

Navigate to Settings > System Settings.

Search for "enableextraoutletinfo" and set to true. Please contact our support team if you require any assistance with this.

Navigate to Settings > Outlet Extra Fields

Within the Outlet Extra Fields page, select + Add Outlet Field

In the Field Label, add a label to describe the information. This could be additional notes, delivery dates etc. Add one field label at a time.

Select the data type to represent the information in the Type of Data dropdown.

Hit Save.

Now that you have set up the label for your customer information, navigate to Outlet Master - Extra Fields (Settings > Outlet Master - Extra Fields).

Here you will see a list of all your customers. Select the Edit button against the customer you wish to display additional information against.

You can manually enter the information against the label you have created. Hit Save when done.

*Note: You can also import custom Outlet fields from your ERP. Please contact our support team for further details.

Additional Outlet Information will display in the Extra Info section in the App.

Other HQ Fixes

  • Fixed HQ issue where dashboard tiles were not loading data.

  • Fixed HQ issue where images in Surveys that were attached to a Transaction did not have the image or URL attached.

  • Fixed HQ issue where the product filters in Merchandising reports were relating to Sales and not Merchandising.

  • Fixed issue where images taken on Windows 10 devices were rotated in HQ.

  • Fixed issue where the Time in Store filtering by Outlet was not working.

  • Fixed merchandising drilldown report in HQ where audited device was not correct when more than one user completed the same audit.

  • Fixed issue where if if both enableTransactionHeaderNote in System Settings and portalEnableLineNoteEntry in Portal Maintenance are set to false, and no note is entered, then an empty line note with no description will be generated.

  • Fixed bug where clicking โ€˜digโ€™ against the Outlet Name produced an error on all Transaction reports with auto columns.

Other App Fixes

  • Fixed issue where the compulsory flag was still appearing for one off surveys when completed once & the one off survey was still appearing on the task list of a user.
