There are many tablet devices available; however, for business use it is important to have a tablet that runs fast, with adequate memory and a good screen that can be seen in bright sunlight.
Tablets should also be robust and be able to withstand the knocks and drops that will inevitably happen while in use in the field.
Key considerations
Tablets should support WiFi + Cellular (have their own SIM card)
We don't recommend "hot-spotting"/tethering a tablet to a phone for connectivity
Tablets need a GPS chip if location/visibility reporting required

Apple - Recommended Requirements
Apple iPad (Mini, Air or Pro)
Latest iPadOS version
16 GB+ of storage (at least 4GB free)
WiFi + Cellular connectivity*
GPS (available if iPad has cellular connectivity)

Android - Recommended Requirements
Android has many brands and devices available. We recommend running with a reputable brand such as Samsung suited for business purpose

16 GB+ of storage (at least 4GB free)

2.4 GHz+ 8 Core CPU

Windows - Recommended Requirements
The Windows surface Pro is the most popular model however brands like HP and Dell are also available.

* Note we do not support Windows OS less than 10
