Nothing beats face-to-face customer service; however wholesale business today needs 24/7 attention. Complementing a field solution with 24/7 eCommerce capability increases customer loyalty – by giving customers the service they need, when they need it and in the most convenient way - online.

Opmetrix B2B eCommerce extends the Opmetrix platform further, allowing omni-channel sales via the field app, and a customer self-service capability that enables them to do their online ordering at any time.

Opmetrix eCommerce is 'responsive' in design, meaning that it will work on all devices including Smartphones and Tablets or Laptops/PCs.

Integration

Opmetrix eCommerce uses the same proven ERP integration as the field application, so adding eCommerce is simple. Current Opmetrix customers can start using the B2B eCommerce solution immediately.

Customising the Look

Opmetrix eCommerce has been created to be simple and easy. It has several configuration options that enable you to personalise the look and feel without having to get web developers to custom design code.

You can easily:

  • Change the Company logo.

  • Change the Background Main Colour.

  • Change the Button Colours.

  • Change the colour of heading and standard text.

Customising the Content

There are also several configuration options which enable you to customise content and promote items.

You can easily:

  • Design text on the home page or use HTML to embed images and content.

  • Enable an area of the screen that you can use to promote items with images such as new product lines.

  • Create Monthly specials or end of line products in specific screen areas for fast and easy access.

  • Embed the eCommerce login to your main website for fast access.

Payments

Opmetrix eCommerce has been designed as a wholesale B2B customer portal where orders flow on to your accounting system. Therefore, no payment or retail purchasing options have been included.

Customers must be set up as a Debtor in your ERP so that orders can be dispatched and invoiced in your accounting system with normal payment terms.
