Enable Auto Sync From the App

Automatically synchronise the field app with head office

The Opmetrix App has two options for synchronising data with head office. This can be completed manually by tapping the sync button in the screen's top left corner, or you can enable Auto Sync.

With Auto Sync, Opmetrix triggers a sync automatically whenever there is new data such as sales, call notes or photos to be sent. It only does this when you are not in an active store call (you must exit a store call), and when the app has had a certain period of inactivity.

Enable Auto Sync

Select Options from the top right menu and enable the Auto Sync option.
