KPI to measure the % of visits where sales transaction(s) were achieved

A useful KPI to measure field team performance in sales is Strike Rate. The strike rate is the percentage of visits where a sales transaction (e.g. an order, invoice) was generated on a store visit.

The strike rate report is located under the Field Performance section and has many filters including sales type and visit type. For example:

  • Measure 'In Store' visits where an 'Order' was generated

  • Other standard filters including by field user and supervisors are available

Team performance tip : Save this report and send out automatically to your field team on a weekly basis using Portfolios and see who has the highest % each week.
