Reps on the road have the ability to create prospects on their Opmetrix App to collect data, however there will come a time when you need to migrate that collected data to an outlet you have created in your accounting software.
Steps you will need to action before
An outlet created in your accounting software and an hour given to allow this to migrate to Opmetrix
The prospect name and code you are migrating from
Once you have the above please follow the steps below.
Navigate to your Opmetrix HQ site and login
On the navigation bar select Prospects -> Prospects
In the Prospects report there will be a date filter. If you know when the prospect was created by the rep select that date from the picker. Otherwise we recommend creating a wider filter until your desired prospect shows
Once you have found the prospect in question then select the blue pencil to Migrate.
Search for the accounting software created Outlet you want to migrate to and select this
Click on Migrate Now
You have now managed to migrate an Opmetrix generated Prospect to an Accounting Software generated Outlet. All history and contact details have been moved to the outlet
