Task Allocation and Activity Reporting in Opmetrix HQ

You can now allocate time to individual tasks in Opmetrix HQ. In other words, you can specify that your field team spend, for example, 15 minutes completing a specific survey.

The new time allocator appears in the Surveys, Merchandising and Objective modules.

Select No Duration to not set any time against a task.

Select Set Duration and either choose a default duration from the dropdown, or set your own in the Custom box. This should be in minutes.

Note: Duration against each task will not display in the App currently.

Allocating time to individual tasks in Opmetrix provides opportunities for identifying whether you are over-allocating or under-allocating tasks to a reps workday. These measures are now shown within our new Task Activity Audit Log Report.

The Task Activity Audit Log Report sits in the Field Performance section within Opmetrix HQ.

The Task Activity Audit Log. Here, you can see when a rep has completed a task, the amount of time taken on that task versus the time allocated in HQ. This will give us a difference, in minutes. The red text indicates that a rep has taken longer to complete the task. The green text indicates that a rep has taken less time than allocated to complete the task.

The report outlined above has standard searching and filtering. You can filter the results by things like Outlet Categories, Task Type, Rep or Vendor for example.
