A key feature of the Opmetrix App is that it works offline - without being connected to the internet. However, to keep the App working fast on your device, there are limits to how far back you can go with offline history for customer sales. Typically this is limited to the last 15 transactions per customer.
However you can increase this number when online again; read on below to find out how.
If you want to access more sales history, tap the Sync icon when you are next online (connected to the internet via wi-fi or mobile) and Opmetrix will fetch the last 50 transactions.
It only takes a second or two; when the Sync is completed and the additional customer sales history is downloaded to your device you will see a small tick. The sales history for these 50 customers stays on the device until you complete your next full sync.
If you are offline, the sync icon will be greyed out or you will see a X when you try to access more history. Get online and try again.
