Configuring Offline and Online History

The amount of history available to download when an app user is online and offline

A key feature for Opmetrix is that it works offline - without being connected to the internet.  

In the Opmetrix App, field users can request and download additional history for sales, call notes and photos when they are online. The amount of history available is configurable.

Optional Setting (for Opmetrix Administrator)

To set the maximum offline and online records available in the app for sales history and call note history.

Calling Card History

  • Setting: maxPreviousCallingCards (offline)

  • Options: 0 to 20 (Maximum)

  • Default Setup: 20

  • Note: The amount of Calling cards available offline

  • Setting: maxPreviousCallingCardsOnline  

  • Options: 0 to 200 (Maximum)

  • Default Setup: 50

  • Note: The amount of Calling cards available online

Sales History

  • Setting: maxPreviousCallingSales (offline)

  • Options: 0 to 15 (Maximum)

  • Default Setup: 8

  • Note: The amount of Calling cards available offline

  • Setting: maxPreviousSalesOnline  

  • Options: 0 to 100 (Maximum)

  • Default Setup: 50

  • Note: The amount of sales history viewable per customer online

The window shown below details the default settings for this feature.

Note - do not exceed the maximum levels:

  • maxPreviousCallingCards (offline) = 20

  • maxPreviousCallingCardsOnline = 200

  • maxPreviousCallingSales (offline) = 15

  • maxPreviousSalesOnline = 100
