Creating Prospects

The prospects module enables reps in the field to add a new Prospect while cold calling. There are multiple settings that can be enabled/disabled in HQ including making some fields compulsory.

NOTE:

Once a Prospect has been created,

the data cannot be altered.

Create a Prospect

To add a prospect, select Prospect from the bottom menu on the home screen

At the top of the screen select add Prospect

Enter the data in the provided fields being careful to be as accurate as possible and tap Save (Bottom Left)

Tapping Save will create the Prospect and a Calling Card and add them to the Sync Queue

After creation you can start working with the Prospect Immediately
