Prerequisites for enabling 2 Factor Authentication in Opmetrix HQ:
Please enable the 2 Factor Authentication setting in Opmetrix HQ.
To enable 2 Factor Authentication for your Opmetrix Administrators, please contact our support team.
Please ensure you have downloaded the Authenticator App on your phone. This will be needed to enter a 2 Factor Authentication pin. App options include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Duo and Bitwarden.
2 Factor Authentication steps:
Navigate to Opmetrix HQ.
Enter your HQ user credentials and press login once complete.
The following message will appear:
Download the Authenticator App from the App store.
Scan the QR code when you are in the Authenticator App (for the App that I am using, this can be found by clicking the + button).
You will now see an entry in the Authenticator App for your site. This entry will have a unique code.
Push next in Opmetrix HQ.
You will be prompted to enter a 2FA code.
Copy this password from the Authenticator App and enter it into the Two-factor code area.
Press Complete Setup.
You are now set up with 2FA!
