Prerequisites for enabling 2 Factor Authentication in Opmetrix HQ:
Please enable the 2 Factor Authentication setting in Opmetrix HQ.
To enable 2 Factor Authentication for your Opmetrix Administrators, please contact our support team.
Please ensure you have downloaded the Authenticator App on your phone. This will be needed to enter a 2 Factor Authentication pin. App options include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Duo and Bitwarden.
2 Factor Authentication steps:
Navigate to Opmetrix HQ.
Enter your HQ user credentials and press login once complete.
You will be prompted to add a Two-Factor Auth Pin.
To retrieve this pin navigate to the Authenticator App on your phone. Here you will receive a code to use.
Add the code into the Two-Factor Authentication Pin box and push login.
This will take you to the Opmetrix HQ homepage.
