New features and updates in version 8.2

Opmetrix 8.2 is an update to the current Opmetrix HQ. This update continues to add new features and functionality in particular to Opmetrix B2B. Outlined below are further details of the features that have been added.

OPMETRIX ECOMMERCE

Daily minimum order value

Currently Opmetrix allows for a minimum dollar value to be specified before a customer can confirm a transaction in B2B.

This setting has been extended so a minimum dollar value can be set on a daily basis for every customer instead. Set the minimum spend daily to true to implement this.

Note: this setting will work in conjunction with the minimum spend setting. (Use the registered outlets area to specify minimum spend on a per customer basis)

Prevent ordering more than in stock

Customers can currently order more than the stock levels specified in eCommerce. To prevent this, set the stock on hand limit setting to true.

Customers will be alerted that they are unable to order the product due to stock unavailability.

New plugins

Opmetrix now supports Google Analytics and Intercom. Add the codes applicable to the below settings.

Set the filter text colour

The left hand side of eCommerce shows the filters that can be applied to the product page.

You can now change the text colour of these filters using the below setting.

Multiselect filters

Multiple filters in B2B can now be selected at once.

In stock filter

A new filter has been added to allow customers to filter to items that are only in stock.

Homepage sales templates

The sales templates module has been extended so that each template will appear on the homepage of Opmetrix B2B. You can add an image for each template if required.

Cart total

The checkout area in B2B now shows a total value per item line. This is the SKU dollar value multiplied by the number of items ordered.

B2B invite and open cart designer

Both email invitations and open cart emails to your customer base can now be customised using the settings below.

Tap enable custom invitation to create your own custom layout using the form designer below.

B2B 'My Account'

Opmetrix B2B now has a my account area allowing your customers to:

  • Contact their associated sales rep

  • View account balances

  • View transactional history

  • Reset their B2B password

Outlet activity report

The new B2B outlet activity report sits under the eCommerce area in Opmetrix HQ. This report details the following:

  • When the customer last logged into B2B

  • When the customer last completed a transaction in B2B

  • The number of logins each customer has in B2B

  • The number of transactions and total dollar value of their B2B orders.
