Follow this 3 step process before switching on your new device or completing any store visits.
- Complete a Sync on your old device to update any pending items (Transactions/Contacts/Surveys/Calling Cards/Audits).
- Log out of Opmetrix on your old device.
- Login to Opmetrix on your new device and Sync to make sure it updates and has all the correct current data.
