Opmetrix includes a store visit timer to help keep track of how long the current customer visit is taking.

Journey Plan Visits - Call Cycle

A journey plan visit can include defining the allocated duration of the call. When a planned journey plan call is started (that has an allocated time), the total time for the visit and the time remaining are shown in the top left menu.

Example: In the screenshot below, the total time allocated for this visit is 15 minutes and there are 14 minutes remaining.

When the visit time is exceeded, the timer will flash and show the number of minutes that this call has exceeded the defined allocation.

Casual Visits

For casual visits to outlets (customers) or prospects, there is no allocated time set. However after 5 minutes, the clock timer will appear so the duration of the visit is still displayed.
