Sales transactions can be generated by your field team with the Opmetrix field App, imported directly from your ERP as sales history or added by Customers through eCommerce.
All transactions appear in the reports via the Sales Reports Tab. They can be viewed and reported on as a whole, or filtered on as to the source type.
Transaction Print and Export Report
This report lists all transactions. By selecting 'dig' on the ID column, you can view the individual transaction details. The source column indicates if it is eCommerce, App or EDI (via the ERP).
Use smart search (enter 'eCommerce') or open the filters bar, to apply a source filter.
