The Store Activity Time Card report summarises in-store activity per field user.
It calculates the start time based on the start of the first appointment of the day and the end time is calculated on the exit time of the last appointment.
Visits to outlets/stores count towards active hours while out of store time for the purposes of this report is shown as inactive.
Tip : Use Smart Search to quickly change from 'today', 'yesterday'.
If the report is run with a time period of longer than one day (e.g. This Week, This Month) then the start and end times are averaged to indicate the usual start/end time of that particular user.
