A useful KPI to measure field team performance in sales is Strike Rate. The strike rate is the percentage of visits where a sales transaction (e.g. an order, invoice) was generated on a store visit.
The strike rate report is located under the activity tab and has filters for sales type and visit type. For example:
- Measure 'In Store' visits where an 'Order' was generated
- Other standard filters including by field user and supervisors are available
